The popular touristic island called Dhiffushi is located 35 km northeast of the capital Male. Following the Hurra island, Dhiffushi is the next nearest island from the Male international airport from our offer. It’s a part of Kaafu Atoll also known as Male Atoll. According to its area of 950 x 200 metres it’s one of the smaller Maldivian islands. In the island there live about 1.000 stable residents. Even if it’s quite small island, you can find many stores and restaurants there. Dhiffushi is an ideal place for more active visitors. An advantageous location of the island is also a good opportunity for shorter stays.
A speedboat ride from/to island costs 35 USD per person/journey and takes 45 minutes. We can also arrange a private speedboat ride for about 280 USD.
The speedboat leaves the airport in 5 PM and from island to airport at 7:30 AM. According to arrivals, some other ride times are added in the main season.
We offer an accommodation in a wonderful guesthouse in the middle of Dhiffushi Island. In the guesthouse there are 7 spacious double-bedded and triple-bedded rooms. You will meet there very friendly and kind staff. All rooms are very spacious, airconditioned, and good equipped. Each room has its private bathroom with a toilet, TV, and desk.
